Douglas Renan Baquetti

FOUNDER + MANAGING DIRECTOR

Douglas lived in Japan for 17 years and holds a Bachelor degree in International Business. He has lived in 5 countries throughout his professional career.

His experience includes contributions to a leading Brazilian dental manufacturer where he developed international sales and successfully expanded into 40 markets by introducing Brazilian dental technology to dental markets in Japan.

Most recently he was head-hunted to spearhead projects as a business development consultant for expanding sales and partnerships in Singapore, Japan and Malaysia.
Victor Atsushi Yabiku

CO-FOUNDER + CFO

As Chief Financial Officer, Victor Yabiku is in charge of structuring the financial operations for all North Blue Trade projects.

Victor holds a Civil Engineering degree and MBA of Project Management with +10 years of experience in building construction. He has delivered more than 1000 apartments units, 1000 houses allotment in 5 different cities in Brazil and managed 300 workers directly and indirectly through his projects.

Victor also contributed his efforts in Vienna for the Green Buildings Construction Project, which focused on providing passive housing for immigrants and distressed families.
